I was initially concerned about the location, but I had no problems at all during my stay at Ayenda 1235 Botero. The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for transportation and exploring the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, allowing me to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

Big rooms, ok comfort level.
The hotel is right in the center, but at night the area becomes dangerous and scummy. This is an old hotel. Wifi is available only at the lobby. For this rate you can find a new one in an area like Zona Rosa, but you'll have to do some legwork.

Room is large and clean and wi fi works.
I thought it would be a good idea to be in the center and I was wrong. Nothing prepared me for the chaos near my hotel; difficult to cross the street or walk on the sidewalk. I didn't feel unsafe, just annoyed with being in such a miserable area. Should have stayed in El Poblado although to me, the whole city is overestimated.

Let me in although I had booked the wrong date. Good location for Poblado
Staff massively overcharged me (140,000) compared me with what I agreed to pay on here (110,000), although giving me the "spare" room with no ar conditioning. Incredibly noisy inside the hotel.

Great for a romantic getaway! Perfect location to explore the bustling city. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Had a wonderful time enjoying the daily breakfast and coffee. The room was comfortable and clean with great amenities.
The surrounding area can be a bit loud and crowded, so it's not the best choice if you're looking for a peaceful retreat. The neighborhood can feel a bit intimidating at night, so it's best to stay alert and be cautious.

The hotel has a great location in the center of the city, close to the train station and a good spot to catch the bus to the airport. the surrounding streets have various cultural activities, museums, and historic sites. Despite nearby dodgy neighborhoods, it felt safe and secure. the rooms and bathrooms are well-maintained, and the staff provides excellent and professional service.
The breakfast served at the hotel was not up to expectations.
